भोपाल: जिले में पिछले छह माह में अवैध रीफिलिंग स्टेशन पकड़े गए हैं। इनमें से एक ऐसा है जो क्रिया के बाद दोबारा शुरू हो जाता है।
मदनमोहन मालवीय, भोपाल। शहर के रिहायशी इलाकों में अवैध गैस रीफिलिंग का धंधा धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है, जिससे लोगों की जान जोखिम में है. इसके बाद भी जिला प्रशासन की ओर से कोई सख्त कदम नहीं उठाया जाता है. वहीं, स्थानीय थाना पुलिस भी इन पर निगरानी नहीं रखती है. हालांकि जिला खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग के अधिकारी हर बार अवैध गैस सिलेंडर रिफिलिंग स्टेशनों पर छापेमारी करते हैं, लेकिन दस्तावेजों की कमी और कमजोर जांच के कारण कुछ आरोपी बच जाते हैं. इससे अवैध रीफिलिंग करने वालों के हौंसले बुलंद हैं और वे खुलेआम यह काम करते हैं. आपको बता दें कि पिछले छह महीने में जिले में कई अवैध रिफिलिंग स्टेशन पकड़े गए हैं. इनमें से एक ऐसा है जो क्रिया के बाद दोबारा शुरू हो जाता है।
विभागीय सूत्रों के मुताबिक एजेंसी संचालकों की मिलीभगत से अवैध गैस रिफिलिंग का कारोबार चल रहा है। आम जनता के सिलेंडर सीधे इन अवैध कर्मियों को बेच दिए जाते हैं। जनता को बताया जाता है कि गैस सिलेंडर की कमी है और आगे की तारीख दे दी जाती है. इसके बाद भी जिला प्रशासन इन गैस एजेंसियों के खिलाफ कोई सख्त कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहा है. ऐसे में उनके हौंसले बुलंद हैं और कार्रवाई का कोई डर नहीं होने के कारण अवैध कारोबार करने वाले लोग गैस एजेंसी संचालकों समेत लोगों की जान से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं.
केस एक- 12 अक्टूबर 2023 को स्मार्ट सिटी क्षेत्र में टीटी नगर माता मंदिर के खंडहर मकान में अवैध रीफिलिंग स्टेशन पकड़ा गया था। यहां करीब 100 भरे और खाली गैस सिलेंडर जब्त किए गए। जिला खाद्य विभाग की टीम ने मौके से एक गैस एजेंसी की गाड़ी भी जब्त की और तीन आरोपियों को भी गिरफ्तार किया.

According to departmental sources, the business of illegal gas refilling is being run with the connivance of agency operators. Cylinders belonging to the general public are sold directly to these illegal workers. The public is told that there is shortage of gas cylinders and further dates are given. Even after this, the district administration is not taking any strict action against these gas agencies. In such a situation, their morale is high and due to no fear of action, people doing illegal business are playing with the lives of people including gas agency operators.
Case one – On October 12, 2023, an illegal refilling station was caught in the ruined house of TT Nagar Mata Mandir in Smart City area. About 100 filled and empty gas cylinders were seized here. The District Food Department team also seized a gas agency vehicle from the spot and also arrested three accused.
