इंदौर: इंदौर मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने एक तलाकशुदा महिला पर 1 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है. महिला पर यह जुर्माना तलाक के बाद भी अपने पूर्व पति और उसके बुजुर्ग माता-पिता के खिलाफ झूठा मामला दर्ज कराने के लिए लगाया गया है। आदेश में कहा गया है कि यह जुर्माना केवल झूठे मुकदमे दायर करने वालों को चेतावनी देने के लिए लगाया गया है। कि वे कोर्ट का सहारा नहीं ले सकते.
पीटीआई, इंदौर। मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय ने एक तलाकशुदा महिला पर अपने पूर्व पति और उसके बुजुर्ग माता-पिता के खिलाफ “बेईमान मुकदमेबाजी” जारी रखने के कदम की अनदेखी करने पर 1 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है। इंदौर में उच्च न्यायालय की एकल पीठ के न्यायमूर्ति सुबोध अभ्यंकर ने 1 मार्च को आदेश में कहा कि महिला ने “अदालत की प्रक्रिया का दुरुपयोग किया था”।
तलाक पिछले साल फरवरी में हुआ था
इंदौर की रहने वाली महिला को पिछले साल फरवरी में आपसी सहमति से तलाक लेने के बाद आगे समझौते के बदले 50 लाख रुपये मिले थे। तलाक के दौरान हुए समझौते के मुताबिक महिला को अपने पूर्व पति के खिलाफ दर्ज मामले वापस लेने होंगे। इसमें महिला ने पांच साल पहले यहां एक पुलिस स्टेशन में अपने पूर्व पति और ससुराल वालों के खिलाफ क्रूरता, आपराधिक धमकी और अन्य आरोपों में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।
कोर्ट ने महिला को अपने पति को 1 लाख रुपये देने का आदेश दिया
इस जोड़े की शादी 2000 में हुई थी और उनकी एक 20 साल की बेटी है, जो तलाक के बाद अपने पिता के साथ रह रही है। कोर्ट ने महिला के दहेज उत्पीड़न, मारपीट और सहमति के बिना गर्भपात कराने के मामले को खारिज कर दिया है और उसे अपने पूर्व पति को 1 लाख रुपये देने का आदेश दिया है.

PTI, Indore. The Madhya Pradesh High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on a divorced woman for ignoring her move to continue “dishonest litigation” against her ex-husband and his elderly parents. Justice Subodh Abhyankar of the single bench of the high court in Indore, in the order on March 1, said the woman had “misused the process of the court”.
The divorce took place in February last year
The woman, a resident of Indore, had received Rs 50 lakh in exchange for further settlement after getting a divorce by mutual consent in February last year. As per the settlement reached during divorce, the woman will have to withdraw the cases registered against her ex-husband. In this, the woman had filed a complaint against her ex-husband and in-laws at a police station here five years ago for cruelty, criminal intimidation and other charges.
Court orders woman to give Rs 1 lakh to her husband
The couple were married in 2000 and have a 20-year-old daughter, who is living with her father after the divorce. The court has quashed the woman’s case relating to dowry harassment, assault and abortion without her consent and ordered her to pay Rs 1 lakh to her ex-husband.
