इंदौर: पूर्व विधायक मुख्तार अंसारी को 36 साल पुराने फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस मामले में कोर्ट ने दोषी करार दिया है। उनको आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई है। आईपीसी की धारा 466/120B, 420/120, 468/120 और आर्म्स एक्ट में पूर्व विधायक के खिलाफ पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज किया था।
वाराणसी में विशेष न्यायाधीश (एमपी/एमएलए) की अदालत ने मंगलवार को जेल में बंद माफिया डॉन से नेता बने मुख्तार अंसारी को दोषी ठहराया। उनके खिलाफ आरोपों में धोखाधड़ी, दस्तावेजों की जालसाजी, आपराधिक साजिश और 1986 में डबल बैरल बंदूक लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए शस्त्र अधिनियम का उल्लंघन करना शामिल है। अदालत बुधवार को सजा की मात्रा की घोषणा करेगी।
बाहुबली से नेता बने मुख्तार अंसारी को एक और सजा सुनाई गई है, मंगलवार को वाराणसी की एक अदालत ने उन्हें 1990 में फर्जी दस्तावेजों के इस्तेमाल से हथियार लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के एक मामले में दोषी ठहराया। यह मामला गाजीपुर के मोहम्मदाबाद पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज किया गया था, और वाराणसी की विशेष एमपी/एमएलए अदालत ने मंगलवार को पूर्व विधायक को दोषी करार दिया। अदालत बुधवार को सजा की घोषणा कर सकती है।
राज्य की ओर से पेश हुए अतिरिक्त जिला सरकारी वकील (अपराध) मनीष कुमार ने मंगलवार को कहा, “मुख्तार और एक अन्य व्यक्ति के खिलाफ आरोप यह था कि उन्होंने तत्कालीन जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के जाली हस्ताक्षर के साथ अंसारी के लिए हथियार लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने की साजिश रची थी।” जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक (गाजीपुर)। उन्होंने डबल बैरल बंदूक का लाइसेंस प्राप्त किया। मामले के दूसरे आरोपी गौराई शंकर लाल श्रीवास्तव उस समय जिले में शस्त्र लिपिक के पद पर तैनात थे। मुकदमे के दौरान उनकी मृत्यु हो गई।”
अदालत ने अंसारी को आईपीसी की धारा 120-बी (आपराधिक साजिश), 420 (धोखाधड़ी) 467 (मूल्यवान सुरक्षा, वसीयत आदि की जालसाजी), 468 (धोखाधड़ी के उद्देश्य से जालसाजी) और शस्त्र अधिनियम के तहत दोषी ठहराया था।
पिछले साल 10 अक्टूबर को उन्हें 2010 में ग़ाज़ीपुर में दर्ज गैंगस्टर एक्ट के एक मामले में 10 साल जेल की सज़ा सुनाई गई थी. 5 जून को उन्हें 1991 में वाराणसी में हत्या और दंगे के एक मामले में आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई थी।
29 अप्रैल को, उन्हें 2005 में तत्कालीन भाजपा विधायक कृष्णानंद राय की हत्या के संबंध में गैंगस्टर एक्ट मामले में दस साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई थी। 15 दिसंबर, 2022 को; अंसारी को 1996 में ग़ाज़ीपुर में दर्ज गैंगस्टर एक्ट के एक मामले में 10 साल जेल की सज़ा सुनाई गई थी। 23 सितंबर, 2022 को, अंसारी को 1999 में लखनऊ के हजरतगंज पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज गैंगस्टर एक्ट मामले में पांच साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई थी।
Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari guilty in fake arms license case, court sentenced life imprisonment
The court has convicted former MLA Mukhtar Ansari in a 36-year-old fake arms license case. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Police had registered a case against the former MLA under IPC sections 466/120B, 420/120, 468/120 and Arms Act.

The court is likely to announce the quantum of punishment on Wednesday.
Additional District Government Counsel (Crime) Manish Kumar, who appeared on behalf of the state, said on Tuesday, “The allegation against Mukhtar and one other person was that they conspired to obtain an arms licence for Ansari with forged signatures of then district magistrate and superintendent of police for the district (Ghazipur). He obtained a licence for a double barrel gun. The second accused in the case, Gaurai Shankar Lal Srivastava, was posted as an arms clerk in the district at the time. He died during the course of the trial.”
Ansari was held guilty by the court under IPC sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 420 (cheating) 467 (forgery of valuable security, will, etc), 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) and under the Arms Act.
“He was acquitted of the charge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The accused was present in court through video conferencing on Tuesday,” said Kumar.
Ansari is currently lodged in Banda jail. This was the eighth case in which Ansari was convicted and sentenced by a court in UP in the past two years. In December last year, Ansari was sentenced to five-years-six-months in jail in a 26-year-old case for threatening to kill a businessman in Varanasi.
