ठाणे के रहने वाले फैजान अंसारी नाम के शख्स ने कमिश्नर से शिकायत की और कामरा के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की.

वह चाहते थे कि कामरा अपने कृत्य के लिए खान से माफी मांगें और उन्हें चेतावनी दी कि अगर उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया तो अंसारी कॉमेडियन के खिलाफ 50 करोड़ रुपये का मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर करेंगे। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि खान, जो खुद इंदौर से हैं, कुछ दिन पहले शहर में अपने एक स्टैंड-अप के दौरान कामरा द्वारा उनका मजाक उड़ाया गया था। उन्होंने मीडियाकर्मियों से कहा कि चूंकि कामरा ने इंदौर में खान का अपमान किया था, इसलिए वह शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए मुंबई से इंदौर आए थे। उन्होंने दावा किया कि कामरा ने जानबूझकर खान की छवि खराब करने की कोशिश की। चूंकि खान इंदौर से हैं, इसलिए वह चाहते थे कि लोगों को पता चले कि उनकी छवि खराब करने पर किसी के खिलाफ क्या कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

He wanted Kamra to apologise to Khan for his act and warned him if he did not do so, Ansari will file a defamation case of Rs 50 crore against the comedian. He alleged that Khan, who himself is from Indore, was mocked by Kamra during one of his stand-ups in the city a few days ago. He told mediapersons that as Kamra insulted Khan in Indore that is why he had come from Mumbai to Indore for filing a complaint. He claimed that Kamra deliberately tried to tarnish Khan’s image. As Khan is from Indore, he wanted people to know what action could be taken against someone for tarnishing his image.
